Position Highlights:
Guaranteed compensation floor of
$328,000
for 2 years
$100,000
retention bonus after 4 years
Flexible 4- or 5-day schedule
Light call (1–2 weeknights/month + quarterly weekends)
Team-based care with 20 providers
Optional 6-week annual hospitalist coverage
Teaching opportunities with Internal Medicine Residency
