- Call Coverage: Primary call coverage by advanced practice clinicians with a general call schedule of 1:6, allowing you to maintain your skills with a lighter volume.

- Team Composition : Fellowship-trained specialists in hand and upper extremity, sports medicine, adult reconstruction, and a sports medicine medical orthopedic physician.
