About the Position Internal Medicine Physician – Outpatient Clinic – Hesperia, CA

Are you a board-certified Internal Medicine physician looking for a rewarding outpatient opportunity in beautiful Hesperia, California? Join a leading facility in City, State, offering competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and dedicated support. This is a great chance to work full-time, Monday through Friday, starting July 1, 2026, with excellent benefits and a straightforward credentialing process.

Active California medical license, DEA required, BC in Internal Medicine preferred

Experience:

Prior outpatient clinic experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Rate:

What You’ll Do

Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population

Manage routine exams, chronic disease follow-up, and health maintenance

Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

Participate in care coordination, screenings, and preventive health services

Adhere to all state and federal regulations and facility policies

What You Need

Valid California medical license and DEA registration

Board certification in Internal Medicine (preferred)

Minimum of 2 years outpatient experience

Strong communication and clinical skills

Ability to commit to Monday-Friday schedule and start promptly
