**Job Description:**

- Enjoy working with a diverse patient population, from feeder-growers to complex ICU neonatal patients.
- Work night shifts (7P-7A) with flexible scheduling to meet your lifestyle needs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Embrace your leadership skills as you become a Leader of Self, Others, or Leaders.
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols, monitoring for effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, symptoms, and care provided.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers, while identifying any issues and resources.
**Job Requirements:**
**Education/Skills:**
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
**Experience:**
- 1 year of related nursing specialty experience preferred.
**Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:**
- Current BLS Certification (AHA only) required.
- STABLE certification (Post-resuscitation/Pre-transport Stabilization Care of Sick Infants) required.
- Current NRP Certification required.
- RN License in the state of TX or compact required.
**Position Requirements:**
- Newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within 30 days.
- Initial on-boarding includes precepting by a trained staff member and competency validation.
- Completion of all annual competency verification requirements necessary.
**Experience:**
- Perinatal RN Residency or recent experience in a Perinatal Setting preferred.
**Work Schedule:**
- 7PM - 7AM
