**Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated RN - NICU**
- Are you a passionate NICU Nurse looking for your next adventure?

- This position offers the chance to work with a Level 4 NICU, providing complex care to a variety of neonatal patients, from feeder-growers to those requiring intensive support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver exceptional nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, tailoring your approach to their unique circumstances.
- Administer medications and treatments as per protocols, monitoring for effectiveness and any side effects.
- Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided with precision and diligence.
- Identify learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers, empowering them with essential information.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a NICU or related specialty is preferred.
- Current BLS Certification (AHA only) required.
- STABLE Certification required (Post-resuscitation/Pre-transport Stabilization Care of Sick Infants).
- NRP Certification required.
- Current RN License in the state of TX or compact.
**Additional Requirements:**
- Completion of New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.
- Onboarding will be supported by a designated trained staff member.
- Successful completion of organizational entry competency validation and Perinatal Services-specific competency validation.
**Work Schedule:**
- Enjoy a full-time position with night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
