**Join Our Dynamic Team as an Operating Room Circulating Nurse!**
**Job Description:**

- Embrace a thrilling opportunity to work in a fast-paced operating room environment!
- Join us Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM, with a flexible schedule based on case start times.
- Utilize your expertise in various surgical specialties including:
- ENT
- Ophthalmology
- Podiatry
- GYN
- Plastic Surgery
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead with confidence by meeting the OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
- Deliver exceptional nursing care through the nursing process:
- Assessment
- Diagnosis
- Planning
- Intervention
- Evaluation
- Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
- Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided with precision.
- Assess and identify learning needs to educate patients, family members, and caregivers.
**Job Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.
- **Licenses & Certifications:**
- BLS required (AHA only).
- ACLS required (AHA only).
- RN License in the state of TX or compact.
**Work Schedule:**
- 5 Days - 8 Hours
