This role requires a deep understanding of the legal principles and practices related to estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration. Job Details Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients in all areas of estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Draft and review a variety of legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and deeds. Represent clients in probate court proceedings and handle estate and trust disputes. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise on complex estate planning and probate matters. Work closely with clients to develop tailored estate plans that meet their unique needs and objectives. Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies for managing complex estate and trust cases. Stay abreast of current laws, court decisions, and other developments in estate planning and probate law. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on wills, trusts, estate, and probate law. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and advising on a broad range of legal documents related to estate planning and probate. Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
