Job Details We are seeking a highly qualified Associate to join our Tax practice. We handle a wide range of complex tax matters, and we are particularly focused on funds-related and M&A tax issues. In this role, you will work with us to advise clients on the tax aspects of sophisticated transactions, including: Fund formation, structuring, and operations Mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures Cross-border investments and acquisitions We also value experience providing tax guidance to startups and their founders. To succeed here, you should bring strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to working with both our internal teams and our clients.
