Job description:

Big Rig Garage is hiring aB-Level Body Paint Technicianto join our growing shop.

You'll work directly under a high-level foreman and handle a mix ofpersonal vehicles, light-duty trucks, and Class 8 equipment. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of jobs and handle bothbody repair and paint workstart to finish.

Responsibilities

Perform body repairs on cars, pickups, semis, and trailers
Panel repair and replacement (steel, aluminum, fiberglass)
Prep work: sanding, masking, priming
Paint work: spot repairs, panels, and blends
Match and blend paint for clean, professional finishes
Assist on larger or more complex repairs as needed
Maintain a clean, organized work area

Requirements

2–5 years body shop experienceincluding paint
Ability to complete jobs from repair → prep → paint → finish
Comfortable spraying and blending
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and consistent

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with both automotive and heavy-duty equipment
Fiberglass repair
Welding or light fabrication

What We Offer

$35–$40/hour based on experience
