Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time or Part-Time Flexible Schedule

Join Our Patient-Focused Dental Team!

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and professional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental practice. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time employment, we offer a flexible schedule designed to support work-life balance while providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and radiographs
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
Assess and document patient oral health conditions
Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to develop treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
Provide a positive and comfortable experience for every patient

Qualifications:

Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Local anesthesia certification preferred (if applicable)
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
