Executive Secretaries / Administrative Assistant Job Number: 26-00803 Make a difference in your community. ECLARO is looking for an Executive Secretaries / Administrative Assistant for our client in Albany, NY. ECLARO’s client aims to enhance public services and promotes sustainable resource management, offering advanced solutions and services. Position Overview: The consultant must have a minimum of: Five years of experience processing documents and corresponding with outside entities. Evaluate External Appeal applications for eligibility based on established protocols. Request necessary information from appropriate parties in writing and respond to questions about the process verbally and in writing. Client will train the selected individual on the internal process and protocols. Consultants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities: Screen requests for External Appeal in accordance with established protocols. Act as liaison using written and verbal communication for administrative processes with consumers, providers and insurers. Keep electronic case files updated, complete and organized. Follow-up on deliverables from internal stakeholders. Handle correspondence, calls, emails and other forms of communication with internal and outside stakeholders. Prepare documents. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Work individually and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and follow written procedures. Strong project management skills, including experience managing multiple time-sensitive, complex files simultaneously. Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including working experience with Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. Reliability, and time and attendance are critical.
