Were looking for the future leader of our plumbing division someone who wants to learn the trade the right way and eventually help run the show inside one of Pasadenas fastest-growing home service brands. Why This Role Is Different Ground-floor opportunity: Youll be part of launching a brand-new plumbing division

Clear career ladder: Apprentice Journeyman Plumbing Division Lead

Your input matters: Youll help shape how trucks are stocked, jobs are run, and systems are built

Leadership training included: We invest in techs who want to move up What Youll Do Assist lead plumbers on residential & light commercial installs and service

Learn water heaters, drain systems, re-pipes, fixture installs, and diagnostics

Set up and break down jobsites, stage materials, and maintain clean work areas

Use company apps for notes, photos, and job tracking

Maintain tools, van stock, and a professional appearance

Deliver top-tier customer service on every call What Were Looking For 02 years plumbing or construction experience preferred (not required)

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn attitude matters more than resume

Comfortable working with your hands and on your feet all day

Professional, respectful, and customer-focused
