Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active New York State Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
Minimum 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience required.
Ability to perform standard outpatient PT interventions and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an outpatient hospital-based clinic preferred.
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift hours vary between 07:00–18:30 Monday through Thursday and 07:00–16:30 Friday.
Typical site is an outpatient clinic setting within a hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY.
On-site work at the outpatient clinic location; candidate may be expected to float within the client system if requested.
