Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
Active Maryland SLP license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with dysphagia management and instrumental assessments preferred.
Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide skilled speech-language services to patients in a skilled nursing environment. You will support communication and swallowing improvement through evaluation, therapy, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Documentation and timely communication with the care team are required to ensure patient-centered outcomes.
