Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Berlin, MD. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills following injuries, illnesses, or disability. This role provides the opportunity to impact patient outcomes while experiencing a new community.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Maryland state Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience providing OT services in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
Experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and functional mobility assessments preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior travel therapy or contract OT experience preferred.
Experience with documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care preferred.
