Position Summary:
ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Transplant Unit Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 36 hours per week contract in Washington, DC. Job Requirements:
2 years of experience required
1 previous travel assignment required
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
DC RN License required
Pending DC license accepted, but MUST have DC license in hand prior to start date
Must provide proof of pending status at time of submission
Completion of the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms required
Two (2) supervisory references required
Experience must support at least 2 years of experience in the previous 3 years
2 years of recent experience within the last 7 years required
No RTO is permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment
RTO must be included at the time of submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review
Amount of RTO: No more than 7 days per 13-week contract
Candidates must be assigned facility-and unit-specific Sitel modules upon hire, which must be completed within one week of signing their contract
Labs and DS appointment must be completed within 48 hours of signing
Distance Requirements
Local radius is 60 miles
A candidate's address must match their driver's license when determining local status
Other Required Documentation:
Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
Two current clinical references
Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months)
TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Must pass background check and drug screening
