About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Ithaca, New York, 14850!

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret telemetry data and cardiac rhythms for assigned patients
Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit setting, including assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and adjust patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing
Ability to work night shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

ACLS certification
Prior experience in a telemetry unit within an acute care setting
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
