Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient and family support and nursing care within the full scope of RN practice
Participate in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of patient care programs and services
Perform observation, data collection, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs
Develop and maintain individualized, ongoing plans of care for assigned patients
Collaborate as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team

Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
Experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting
Ability to assess and address patients' holistic care needs across physical, psychological, and emotional dimensions
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within an interdisciplinary team

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an acute care or inpatient Medical Surgical unit
Demonstrated ability to manage individualized care planning and patient education
