Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP / Level 2 NICU)

Contract | Night Shift (6:45 PM start) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a combined LDRP unit with 10 LDRP beds, 4 triage beds, and access to a C-section suite
- Circulate for C-section procedures as needed in coordination with OR techs
- Care for antepartum patients including stable magnesium and hyperemesis patients, as well as patients 32 weeks gestation or greater without additional maternal risk factors
- Utilize Meditech EMR and fetal heart monitoring systems for patient documentation and monitoring
- Rotate charge nurse responsibilities covering LDRP and Nursery as applicable
- Float to Level 2 NICU when experience supports staffing needs
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery specialty
- At least 1 prior travel nursing contract
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM (Intermediate level or above) certifications required for LDRP
- BLS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications required for Nursery coverage
- Ability to circulate for C-section cases
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech EMR
- Familiarity with fetal heart monitoring systems such as Watchchild or OBIX
- Level 2 NICU experience for potential float coverage
