Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification required from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred; SNF experience is strongly preferred by the client.
- Familiarity with NetHealth and PointClickCare documentation systems preferred.
- Assistants expected productivity knowledge: 90% productivity expectation; ability to work within productivity standards.
- Resume required to submit as a substitute; candidate must be prepared to provide an updated resume.
- Preferred candidates will have prior experience treating post-acute and long-term care populations.

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Typical Schedule: Monday through Friday, with option to flex under certain circumstances.
- Documentation Systems: NetHealth and PointClickCare.
- Floating: Candidate may be expected to float to other facility locations as needed.
