Provide evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans focused on return to community activities. Deliver 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions for orthopedic patients. Maintain timely, accurate documentation and ensure care is provided under appropriate physician orders and insurance approval. Participate in professional development and student supervision. Adhere to state practice acts, licensure requirements and organizational safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing outpatient orthopedic care, including 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
- Experience with electronic medical record documentation, goal writing, and letters of medical necessity.
- Ability to supervise students and delegate within therapy disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience.
- Experience with performance improvement initiatives and competency programs.

- Shift pattern: 5x8.
