The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine evaluations of internal processes to ensure controls and procedures are operating effectively
Identify gaps, risks, and control weaknesses; document and communicate findings clearly
Apply data collection and analysis techniques to support quality assessments
Assist in developing and enhancing quality review frameworks and processes
Prepare and distribute daily quality, risk, and control reports
Support process improvement initiatives and product management efforts
Deliver quality metrics and reporting to stakeholders and business partners
Adhere to escalation protocols and reporting requirements
Respond to inquiries received through the quality assurance team mailbox
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including customer experience, innovation, and technology enhancements
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Functional Skills
Knowledge of quality review methodologies and processes
Metrics development and reporting
Quality performance indicators and measurements
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Business Objects (or similar reporting tools)

Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
Preferred: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., QA, Audit, Compliance, Risk) are a plus
Compensation and Benefits
The typical base pay range for this role is between $63,000 and $88,000, depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance‑based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
