Physician | Hematology Oncology

for a prominent clinic in

Colorado Springs, CO .

Job Description

ng outreach the facility/oncology services approximately six (6) days per month in Lamar Trinidad

Job Description Provide comprehensive the facility and oncology care in both outpatient and affiliated clinic settings. Join an established practice consisting of 12 physicians, 8 APPs, and a robust multidisciplinary support team, including nurse navigators and social workers. Deliver dedicated outreach services (up to 6 days per month) to rural clinics in Lamar, CO and Trinidad, CO (approximately 2-3 hours from Colorado Springs). Collaborate closely with the comprehensive the facility center team based in Colorado Springs for coordinated patient care. Practice within a physician-led medical group focused on innovation, collaboration, and high-quality outcomes. Utilize EPIC EMR, implemented system-wide. Participate in a flexible four-day work week model. Share in limited call responsibilities within the group. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered the facility care programs. Support and engage in clinical growth opportunities within an academically anchored health system.

Ideal Candidate Profile Passion for rural medicine and outreach-based oncology care. Willingness to travel approximately 6 days per month to rural outreach clinics. Values autonomy within a supportive, collaborative system. Committed to delivering equitable the facility care to underserved populations.
