Position: End User Support Analyst - I Location: Ashburn, Virginia Duration: Contract Job ID: 175677 Job Overview: We are seeking an entry-level End User Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support as part of the sales support team. This role involves reviewing, researching, and establishing sales account requests, assisting with data cleanup, and supporting system testing. The position offers a hybrid working model, with the potential for remote work based on performance. Responsibilities: Respond to, review, research, and establish Sales Account & NASP requests using provided data and tools. Specific experience in data stewardship and Master Data Management (MDM), mapping complex corporate hierarchies (Parent/Subsidiary relationships), and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CRM systems. Extensive Google Cloud and SQL Assist with CLE review, updates, and duplicate cleanups to ensure CLE records are unique per customer. Review requirements, test, and accept new GCH application functionality. Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email as necessary. Qualifications: Strong ability to manually review data from multiple sources and make connections between them. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to work under tight timelines and meet or exceed SLAs. Willingness to support system testing during evenings or weekends as required. Desired Skills: Experience in customer service support. Education/Certifications: High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Data analysis certifications preferred. Para-legal knowledge is a plus.
