Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Bradenton, FL OR North Sarasota, FL

Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM | No Nights or Weekends

Nextaff of Sarasota is actively hiring TWO Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for a growing, family-owned medical practice with locations in Bradenton and North Sarasota. What You'll Do

Assist Physical Therapists with individualized treatment plans
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
Deliver compassionate, hands-on patient care
Monitor patient progress and document within EMR
Collaborate closely with physicians, PTs, and clinical staff
Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
Work with patients recovering from orthopedic, neurologic, spine, vestibular, and injury-related conditions

What We're Looking For

Active Florida PTA license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Passion for helping patients recover and improve quality of life
