Home visits are self-scheduled based on office needs
Average 6–8 skilled home visits per day

✅ Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of Home Health experience
OASIS training and hands-on experience required
Skilled home care experience required (private duty nursing alone will not be accepted)
Current BCLS certification
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for home visits
COVID-19 vaccination required (or approved exemption on file)
