LHH is partnering with our law firm in client seeking a Temporary Legal Assistant to join their team during a high-volume period. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate multiple attorney calendars, including scheduling and confirming appointments for the following day
Track and monitor upcoming deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
Handle e-filing in state and/or federal courts
Provide administrative and legal support as work is delegated by attorneys and staff
Assist with general office organization and workflow support during a busy period
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a law firm preferred as a Legal Assistant or in a similar administrative/legal support role
Strong experience with calendaring, scheduling, and deadline management
Familiarity with court e-filing systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and able to take direction in a team setting
Anticipated pay rate range: $25 to $30 per hour DOE
