All team members will rotate and assist with night shifts, where they will have the opportunity to proctor residents. The majority of shifts each year are the day shift. Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
All levels of experience are considered. New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.

Scheduling: Our model allows for flexible scheduling and working 12-hour shifts.
Part-Time, benefit eligible with 7 shifts per month.
Key Responsibilities: Day shift: Work with two other hospitalists in completing rounds and admitting patients.
Night shift: Complete admissions and provide cross-coverage and Code/RRT support throughout the hospital - proctor resident physicians.
Living and working in Mason City: Mason City, with a population of 30,000, is in North Central Iowa, halfway between the capital cities of St Paul, Minnesota, and Des Moines, Iowa.
