Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Washington state SLP license required to start the assignment. Oregon license required or ability to obtain Oregon licensure while working under WA license.
- Minimum 12 months of Home Health SLP experience within the past 3 years. This experience is required by the client.
- Experience with HCHB electronic medical record preferred.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to work within an assigned geographic territory including Walla Walla County, portions of Columbia County, and travel into Umatilla County (up to 60 miles).
- Ability to coordinate care with an assigned manager and interdisciplinary team.
- Preferred: prior experience providing skilled home health services and working as part of a mobile clinical team.
