Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
At least one year of home health physical therapy experience is required (client specific).
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) electronic documentation system is required (client specific).

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Home Health.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: M-F, 8-hour shifts, typical schedule 0800–1700.
No on-call or weekend requirements.
Covers visits across local communities including Hesperia, Adelanto, Oak Hills, Phelan, Piñon Hills, Lucerne, Apple Valley, and Victorville. Floating to other client locations within the region may be required.

Commuting is typical by car, with I-15 providing regional access to Victorville (15–20 minute drive) and access to Riverside and San Bernardino metropolitan areas for urban amenities. The community suits clinicians who prefer a suburban to semi-rural lifestyle with ready access to desert and mountain outdoor activities.
