This is a growth-oriented role with a clear path for advancement within the firm. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts Provide legal counsel on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development matters Conduct title review and due diligence on real estate transactions Advise clients on legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to real estate transactions Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure seamless delivery of legal services Maintain current knowledge of laws, regulations, and market developments Build and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Texas 3-7 years of experience in corporate or real estate law Strong drafting and negotiation skills across complex real estate transactions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software applications including document management, PDF editing, and document comparison tools Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Interested in hearing more?
