**Job Description:**

- We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Operating Room team.
- This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients and their families in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assume responsibility and accountability for delivering high-quality nursing care.
- Collaborate with providers, staff, and team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Oversee daily patient flow to enhance care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent triaging skills for incoming patient requests.
- Provide patient education to support care plans and promote wellness.
- Delegate care according to Colorado state laws and best practices.
- Exhibit strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
- Manage a high volume of patient requests via telephone with professionalism.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in various procedures while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Coordinate care with other providers and services to ensure the best patient experience.
- Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Advocate for patient safety and preferences utilizing Relationship-Based Care principles.
- Model the values of a Just Culture and uphold our organizational values.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance to protect patient confidentiality.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Colorado or a valid compact state.
- Certifications: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
