**Job Description:**
- Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking to make a real impact in patient care?
- Join our dynamic surgical center team in the heart of Colorado and deliver expert, compassionate care!
- This role involves providing individualized nursing care for patients and their families, ensuring optimal outcomes through collaboration with providers, staff, and other team members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily patient flow to optimize care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Triage incoming patient requests effectively.
- Deliver patient education to facilitate care plans and wellness.
- Delegate care appropriately per Colorado statutes.
- Utilize strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
- Manage a high volume of patient requests for medications and information.
- Administer medications and perform treatments while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Coordinate patient care with physician practices and healthcare providers.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent service.
- Advocate for patient safety, preferences, and effective communication through Relationship-Based Care.
- Model the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Colorado or valid compact state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
