Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Alabama PTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.
Experience providing restorative therapy and working with geriatric populations preferred.
Ability to perform 4x8 shift schedules and participate in one weekend rotation per month as part of the schedule.
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Days: Monday through Friday, with one weekend rotation per month.
Shift Pattern: 4x8 schedule.
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week.
Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the region as needed.
