Your ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment will be essential as you prioritize patient needs, respond to emergencies, and support staff during high-stress situations.
Within StoneSprings Hospital Center’s supportive culture, you will help foster open communication, shared decision-making, and mutual respect among caregivers. You will assist with orientation and ongoing education of OR nurses and support staff, identify learning needs, and encourage professional growth and certification. You will be expected to uphold our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care by advocating for patients and families, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring that each patient receives safe, individualized perioperative care.
Candidates should be Registered Nurses with substantial operating room experience, strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, and demonstrated leadership ability.
