Opportunity:
Operating Room Nurse
Job Details:
• Work 10-hour shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Rotating day off schedule
• Call required 1-2 shifts every 6 weeks
• 2 weekend shifts per contract
• Patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Required certifications: BLS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must have experience in Orthopedic, General, Neurology, Vascular, and Urology procedures
• Preferred experience with DaVinci Robots, endovascular procedures, and ophthalmology
• Must complete core items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• Orientation modules completed onsite (4-6 hours for RN)
• State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
• Care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Work in 14-room, 14-bed operating suite with daily census of 45
