Med/Surg Tele RN
Job Details:
• Work night shifts with option for 36 or 48 hours per week (must declare preference in submission)
• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must have at least 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (must be active with nothing pending)
• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Required to work at least every other holiday
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores (2 attempts maximum)
• PBDS Assessment is waived
• Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules (4 hours billable, additional time non-billable)
• Annual modules required for continuous year contracts
• Two references from manager, ANM, supervisor, or director required from assignments within past 12 months
• Background check required with no open cases accepted
• Drug screening required within 12 months of start
• BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
