Opportunity:
RN - Med/Surg Telemetry
Job Details:
• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Flexible scheduling options available: 4x12s, 3x12s, or 2x12s
• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must have 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required in hand at time of submission
• Required certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS (must be active)
• Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start
• Two recent references from manager, ANM, supervisor, or director required (charge RN references accepted)
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation
• Maximum of 2 attempts to pass assessments or assignment will be canceled
• Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules via Silkroad system
• BCI/FBI fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
• 10-panel drug screen required within 12 months of start date
• No license hits accepted by facility
• Extensions available up to 18 months with 6-month break requirement thereafter
