What We're Looking For
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Current Washington state OT license in good standing with the State License Board. (Client requires state licensure in the assignment state.)
- NBCOT Certification.
- Educator's License or eligibility for school-based credentials in Washington.
- Experience working in school-based settings, including conducting student assessments and developing IEPs. (Client preference: prior school district experience.)
- Ability to provide 7.5 hours per day of onsite services consistent with district schedules and documentation requirements.
- Clear background screening and willingness to comply with district onboarding requirements.
- Preferred: Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams and familiarity with school-specific documentation systems.

What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy services in a school-based setting to support students' participation in educational activities.
- Perform evaluations, develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals, and deliver direct and consultative therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams to support student progress and accommodations.
- Maintain compliant documentation consistent with district, state, and federal guidelines, including progress notes and IEP reports.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to functional recommendations for classroom adaptations and assistive technology when indicated.
