**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and implement individualized patient care, ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough assessments and re-assessments to monitor patient progress.
- Develop measurable care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and timeframes.
- Engage in meaningful patient and family health education and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
- Perform Point of Care testing procedures and document timely interventions.
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license.
- Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
- Previous nursing experience is a plus; new graduates are encouraged to apply!
**Skills:**
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
**Weekend Requirement:**
- Flexibility to work every other weekend, ensuring our patients receive continuous care.
**Floating Requirement:**
- Willingness to float to different units as needed, enhancing your nursing experience across various specialties.
