**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurses — Night Shift!**
**Job Description:**
- Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on patient care?
- We are seeking passionate and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team for night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead with excellence by meeting OneCHRISTUS Competencies.
- Conduct initial assessments and establish patient care priorities based on age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
- Re-assess patients systematically to monitor progress and trends needing intervention.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans within established timeframes.
- Make informed nursing decisions based on patient evaluations and modify care plans as necessary.
- Participate in health education and discharge planning for patients and their families.
- Document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs.
- Perform various Point of Care testing procedures.
**Education and Skills Required:**
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Current knowledge and skills relevant to the age/type of patient population served.
- Sensitivity to patients’ rights in care delivery.
- Clear, concise communication tailored to the developmental age of patients.
**Experience Requirements:**
- Newly hired nurses with two or fewer years of experience will start at CN I status.
- Consideration for higher clinical ladder levels (II and III) based on relevant experience and credentials.
**Licenses and Certifications:**
- Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license.
- Current BLS Certification required.
- Current ACLS Certification required.
- Current NRP Certification required.
**Work Schedule:**
- Night shifts: 7 PM - 7 AM.
- Full-Time positions available.
