**Job Description:**

* Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse on the Night Shift (7PM - 7AM)!
* This is your chance to coordinate and implement exceptional patient care tailored to diverse age groups.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct initial patient assessments and establish care priorities based on individual needs.
* Re-assess patients systematically to track progress and identify necessary interventions.
* Develop and implement measurable, individualized care plans aligned with nursing standards.
* Make informed nursing decisions based on data and evaluations, adjusting plans as required.
* Engage in health education and contribute to effective discharge planning for patients and their families.
* Document timely interventions and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans.
* Perform various Point of Care testing procedures with precision.
**Staff Responsibilities:**
* Communicate effectively to achieve clear outcomes and collaborate effectively with the team.
* Delegate tasks to ensure all patient care activities are completed efficiently.
* Adjust team assignments based on patient and unit needs, ensuring quality completion of tasks.
* Serve as a resource for visitors, physicians, and staff by providing prompt, courteous assistance.
* Nurture a positive work environment through professionalism and a supportive attitude.
* Contribute to the unit’s growth and development through innovative ideas and collaboration.
**Customer Relations:**
* Strive for high patient satisfaction and maintain respect for patient rights and confidentiality.
* Foster teamwork through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications:**
* Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
* Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
* Up-to-date BLS, ACLS, and TNCC Certifications.
* Demonstrated knowledge and skills relevant to the patient population served.
* Clear and concise communication skills tailored to developmental age.
