Direct Hire | Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts
A patient-centered skilled nursing facility in Lakota, North Dakota is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time role. This position offers consistent 12-hour shifts, strong hourly compensation, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, hands-on care in a supportive long-term care environment. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is included.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide direct nursing care to skilled nursing and long-term care residents
· Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
· Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status
· Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
· Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of life
· Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Requirements
· Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
· BLS Certification (Required)
· Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (Required)
