- 1 year of recent experience
- Patient Ratio Experience: 1:6
- **Certifications**:
- BLS required
- CPI preferred

- IV therapy/Phlebotomy
- Blood Product Administration
- Central line blood draw
- Peripheral Line Care/Management
- PICC line management
- Starting and maintaining IVs
- **Respiratory Skills**:
- Chest tubes (Emerson/PleurEvac)
- High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
- Nasal Cannula
- Oral suctioning
- Oxygen administration
- **Gastrointestinal Skills**:
- Colostomy/ileostomy management/care
- Feeding tube care and management
- **Neurological/Psychiatric**:
- CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident)
- Medications: Heparin, Insulin, PCA
- **Professional Knowledge and Skills**:
- Isolation Precautions/PPE
- Wound Care/Wound Vac
- **Work Settings**:
- Med/Surg
- Genitourinary/Renal (Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure)
- Plastics (Surgical drains)
