**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurses in Med/Surg!**
**Job Description:**
- Join our dynamic Med/Surg team on the 5th floor!
- Night shifts available: 4x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00)
- Patient ratio: 1:6 for days, nights, and weekends
- Experience required: 1 year in a Med/Surg setting
- First-time travelers welcome with at least 24 months of nursing experience
**Key Qualifications:**
- Certifications needed: BLS (CPI preferred)
- Skills preferred: IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw and management, PICC line management
- Proficient in respiratory care: chest tubes, HFNC, oxygen administration
- Strong knowledge in gastrointestinal care: colostomy/ileostomy management, feeding tube care
**Work Environment:**
- Adult and geriatric patient care
- Daily census of 32 patients
- Interdisciplinary support available: Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, and more
- Floating required to like units, with 6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks
**Orientation and Scheduling:**
- Orientation: 24 hours
- Self-scheduling available
- No call obligations
