**Exciting Opportunity for MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights!**

- This is a FLOAT POOL position, offering you the chance to work across various departments and facilities, enhancing your experience and skills.
**Job Details:**
- **Position:** MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)
- **Start Date:** ASAP - Preferably within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
- **Duration:** 13 Weeks
- **Shift:** Night Shift, 7 PM - 7:30 AM, working 3 out of 12 shifts
- **Schedule:** 6 weekend shifts per 6-week cycle
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver exceptional care utilizing the Nursing Process in compliance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment to ensure safe delivery of care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and experiences.
- Delegate patient care priorities effectively, matching staff capabilities with care needs.
- Provide direction and supervision for assigned personnel in patient care delivery.
**Requirements:**
- Current Arizona RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced float pool environment across multiple facilities
- Experience with Cerner Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Patient-to-nurse ratio of 6:1
