**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team as an RN!**
**Job Description**
- Take charge of patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment
- Utilize the Nursing Process in line with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
- Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment in delivering safe patient care
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
- Provide direction and supervision to team members delivering patient care
- Work NIGHTS: 7 PM - 7:30 AM (3x12s), with an option for a 48-hour guarantee
- Immediate start available within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
- Must be willing to float between departments as needed
- Preferred qualifications include charge nurse experience for an additional hourly rate
- Facility features a 38-bed capacity with Trauma Level III certification
- Participate in Stroke and STEMI receiving protocols
- Experience with Cerner EMR is required
- Dress code: Black scrubs
