**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department!**
Job Description:
- **Position**: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department
- **Shift**: Days (7 AM - 7:30 PM) - 3x12s
- **Start Date**: Requested within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
- **Experience Required**: Minimum of 2 years in nursing
- **EMR**: Experience with Cerner is required
- **Facility Type**: 38-bed Emergency Department
- **Trauma Level**: III Certified, Stroke and STEMI Receiving
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver exceptional care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process.
- Utilize critical thinking and scientific judgment for safe patient care.
- Demonstrate leadership by anticipating and planning patient care needs.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuous education and training.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
- Provide direction and supervision for assigned personnel in patient care.
- Flexibility to float within the facility as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Charge Nurse experience (additional compensation available).
- NIH certification recommended but not required.
