Job Details:
• Work in a 23-bed Labor and Delivery unit at Women's Hospital
• Day shift staffing includes 1 CNC, 6 RNs, 2 CST, 3 OR, 3 RNs, 1 Secretary
• Night shift staffing includes 1 CNC, 4-6 RNs, 1 CST, 1 Secretary
• Patient ratio of 2:1
• On-call requirement of 1 shift every 4 weeks
• Floating requirement within women's services including postpartum and antepartum units
• Must have 1 year travel experience in high-risk OB Labor and Delivery
• Required certifications: NRP, intermediate fetal monitoring, ACLS, BLS
• OBED experience preferred
• High-risk/high volume experience preferred
• Work with EMR CPN/Meditech system
• Perform all high-risk OB care including magnesium drips and insulin drips
• Circulate and scrub procedures
• Must be a team player who enjoys staying busy
