Job Details

Position: RN - ER
Location: Garrison
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 3x12
Experience Required: 2 Years
Weekly Pay: $2000 to $2220

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to emergency room patients
Assess, monitor, and prioritize patient conditions quickly and accurately
Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency treatments
Assist physicians during emergency procedures and trauma care
Operate and monitor emergency medical equipment
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Deliver compassionate patient and family-centered care in high-stress situations

Requirements

Active RN License in North Dakota
Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications required
TNCC certification preferred
Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced emergency care environments
